Residents curious about a rezoning proposal affecting three West Vancouver foreshore properties will have a chance to put their questions directly to the applicants next Tuesday evening.
Lamoureux Architect Inc. will host a public information meeting on May 19 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at its offices at 3392 Marine Drive, West Vancouver. The drop-in format means attendees may arrive at any point during the hour-and-a-half session.

The meeting concerns an application to rezone the foreshore area of 2810, 2814, and 2818 Bellevue Avenue. According to the notice, the District of West Vancouver has received an application to shift the zoning of those properties from Marine Zone 1 (M1) to Single Family Dwelling Zone 4 (RS4).
Residents attending should note that the event is not a District of West Vancouver function, as the notice says it is an applicant-hosted information meeting. Those unable to attend in person, or who have questions in advance, may reach the applicant’s representatives directly.
