Two men who escaped from a prison near Victoria are back where they belong. The inmates, James Lee Busch, and Zachary Armitage, were arrested by Victoria Police around 8 pm on July 9.
The arrest took place after an off duty RCMP officer spotted the escapees in Esquimalt and alerted on duty officers.
The Victoria Police Department have since turned over the prisoners to the West Shore RCMP. Both men had escaped from William Head Institution in Metchosin near Victoria.
The prisoners had escaped from the prison around 6:45 pm on July 7.
