A partnership in bowling alley is up for sale in North Vancouver.

King Pins Bowling, located in the Central Lonsdale neighbourhood, is up for sale for up to 52 per cent of the shares at $1,410,000.

The brand-new bowling alley has been on the market for 57 days. The listing on realtor.ca “describes it as a well-established business, with six bowling lanes, pool tables, snooker pool, liquor licence and kitchen.”

The listing continues: “All equipment is well maintained – fully operational. Bowling lanes have well established league play and strong open play revenue. Liquor license and well equipped kitchen with all fixtures and equipment. Long term building lease (8 Years left & option to renew is available. Premise all in good condition.”

The listing agent, Kambiz Khosravi, said he is open to offers on the bowling alley, which he described as a good business to own, especially during the fall and the winter. “It’s great indoor entertainment business, and there is a liquor licence and a kitchen with seating for 16 people so it can be used to host a party or a small event,” he said.

Located under Onni’s CentreView condo building at 1312 Lonsdale Avenue, the bowling alley was a result of a divisive 4-3 vote in 2017.
