CNV to install street lights in Central Lonsdale; expect delays

City of North Vancouver is working on several roadwork projects in the City, and traffic delays can be expected.

From February 8 to 21, CNV crews will be constructing new intersection street lighting at Chesterfield and West Keith Road.

Lane closures will be in effect during work hours. Expect delays during work hours, and CNV is recommending alternate routes.

The hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm.

Lonsdale Energy Corporation is also installing district energy line on Esplanade about 130 feet east of Chesterfield Avenue.

This project begins today and continues until February 8, and only north westbound travel lane will be closed.

Both westbound and eastbound traffic directions will be open, and alternate route is recommended.

The hours of work from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, and on Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm.

Construction of new special crosswalk and street lighting is being planned at Ridgeway and East 13th Street.

Expect single lane alternating traffic during work hours. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm.

CNV is also planning to construct a new special crosswalk and street lighting at St. Georges Ave & E 22nd St.

Expect single lane alternating traffic during work hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. The project is expected to be complete on February 16.
