Giva Construction has applied to redevelop a commercial site at 2045-2075 Old Dollarton Rd for a new condo development.

The application proposes 36 condos and 4,930 square feet of commercial space in a five-storey building.

Two levels of underground parking is proposed and includes 51 parking spaces. Of this parking space, 36 are for residents, 2 for visitors, and 13 for commercial parking.

Seymour River Place will be extended to connect Old Dollarton Road and Front Street. The site is currently occupied by a one-storey building with five commercial units.

DNV has also received an application from Continuum Architecture to redevelop the existing Blueridge-Cove Animal Hospital.

The application proposes a new, single-storey building, and 20 parking stalls for staff and visitors.
