The proponents of a rental apartment building in the City of North Vancouver are inviting the community to a public information session about the project.
GWL Realty Advisors and Integra Architects have submitted an application to the City of North Vancouver for a rezoning at 140 West 19th street to permit the development of a six-storey purpose built rental apartments building. As many as 91 units are proposed, including 10 per cent mid-market units, of which 25 per cent will be adaptable units.
The public is invited to attend the virtual info session with the application for an opportunity to review rental in North Vancouver the proposal and offer comments. The meeting is required by CNV as part of the development process. The project team will provide a presentation on Zoom Webinar, followed by a question-and-answer period for the project team.
Those who want to attend the virtual developer information session on Thursday, June 22, from 6 pm to 7 pm can register in advance or contact Angela Chau of the Pooni Group at 604-731-9053 ext 105 or by email at angela@poonigroup.com.

The City of North Vancouver is also considering a rezoning proposal for rentals in North Vancouver a 13-storey rental building in Central Lonsdale.
