Drive-in movie nights in North Vancouver this month

Staff report
July 8, 2021 3:00pm

The City, FortisBC and Fresh Air Cinema have announced summer Drive-in Movie Nights at the Hamilton Gravel Field in North Vancouver.

Tickets can be booked through Eventbrite, and the cost is a suggested donation of $20.

The booking details for the two movies are below.

July 20: Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

July 21: Raya and the Last Dragon

The donations will go to support the North Shore Neighbourhood House.

“Once you’ve secured your ticket, all you need to do is pack some snacks, show up in your vehicle, tune into the FM frequency and enjoy a movie under the stars,” says CNV.

Tickets go on sale at 6 pm July 8, and only 50 cars per night will be allowed.

Hugs Donuts food truck will be on-site for snacking. There will no concession, so please bring your own popcorn and non-alcoholic drinks.

No walk-ins, and CNV is suggesting a donation of $20 per vehicle which goes to North Shore Neighbourhood House.

Movies in the Plaza bring hundreds of families into Civic Plaza to enjoy an outdoor summer movie experience and an evening of free family fun, CNV adds.
