A driver was fined $368 after being stopped on Main Street for using an electronic device while driving.
According to the social media post by the North Vancouver RCMP, a motor officer stopped the driver on Monday after spotting them holding a tablet with both hands while behind the wheel.
The driver was issued a $368 fine and four demerit points, according to the post. Police reminded drivers that texts, emails, and scrolling can wait until they reach their destination, urging them to keep their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road.
