The District of West Vancouver has announced its line-up for the annual Harmony Arts Festival. The festival promises ten days of free concerts with 50 performances from a wide variety of genres.
The artists will perform on the PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage in Millennium Park as well as on the Main Stage in John Lawson Park. Festival attendees will enjoy daily performances at The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage with daytime concerts starting at 3:30 pm, dinner concerts at 5:30 pm, and evening headline concerts at 8:45 p.m.
The Sunset Concerts at the Main Stage will take place daily at 7:30 p.m. and will play host to the timeless melodies of the Seniors Series, sponsored by Revera Retirement Living – Hollyburn House. These concerts will take place on the afternoons of August 4, 5, and 11 at 2 pm.

Dreams: The Ultimate Tribute to Fleetwood Mac
August 5 – The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage, Millennium Park
From the music to the costumes, Dreams portrays Fleetwood Mac with incredible authenticity. This grand six-piece live production is made up of talented, diverse performers who have come together with a passion for the music, and a desire to take the ‘tribute act’ genre to another level.
The Heels
August 6 – Main Stage, John Lawson Park
High energy country trio The Heels serves up a sweet soundtrack full of monster hooks and magnetic multi-part harmonies.
Bobby Bruce’s Nearly Neil and the Solitary Band
August 8 – The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage, Millennium Park
No stranger to the Harmony Arts stage, Bobby Bruce is a legend after twenty-five years of leading this world-class Neil Diamond tribute band.
R&B Allstars Celebrating 40 years on the Canadian Music scene
August 10 – The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage, Millennium Park
The Allstars are a dynamic 10-piece rhythm and blues band, celebrating their 40th year on the Vancouver music scene in 2019.
Desirée Dawson
August 11 – The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage, Millennium Park
CBC Music darling Desirée Dawson’s set will be honest and emotionally charged as she uses the power of melodies, lyrics, and instrumentation to encourage listeners to find a connection within themselves and to better connect with the people and the land around them.
The Matinee
August 11 – Main Stage, John Lawson Park
The Matinee is a powerhouse roots rock band with salt-of-the-earth sound featuring cloud-scraping guitar grooves and rich harmonies. Their live shows are known for their magnetic energy, acoustic strums, banjo twangs, and rousing singalongs.
The Paperboys
August 11 – The PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage, Millennium Park
Celebrating their landmark 25th-anniversary last year, Juno award-winning folk-rock band The Paperboys have been touring the world and lighting up stages with their free-wheeling blend of influences from Celtic and bluegrass, to Mexican son jarocho, brass bands, and Canadian roots. Their sound has been called everything from Cajun slamgrass to world beat, and they’ve received a Juno Award.
An art markets, al fresco culinary experiences on the waterfront, art demonstrations, talks and exhibits, outdoor cinema nights in the park, and interactive art experiences for kids are other festival events.
