Four employees test positive for COVID at Real Canadian Superstore in North Van

Staff report
April 8, 2021 6:57am

Loblaws has issued a new alert for COVID-19 cases in North Vancouver.

Four staff members at the Real Canadian Superstore, 333 Seymour Blvd have tested positive for COVID-19.

“Four team members tested positive for COVID-19. The last day the team members worked was on March 25, March 27 and April 1,” the company announced.

Employees have also tested positive for COVID at other Real Canadian Superstores in the region, including at Mission and Pitt Meadows.

“Given the important role we play in our communities, we are prepared for all possible situations, including a positive test for COVID-19 in our stores,” Loblaws said.

“In these cases, we work closely with public health and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores.”
