Staff report
February 20, 2021 9:59am

The application for Delbrook Lands development at 600 West Queens Road in the District of North Vancouver is now live.

Those interested can visit DNV.org/Delbrook-Development to learn more.

The virtual Public Information Meeting, to be held March 4 through March 18.

Council approved the zoning to accommodate a non-market housing development in November 2019, following several years of public input and discussion with the community.

The District of North Vancouver has since signed an agreement with Hollyburn Family Services to operate the facility.

In November 2019, Council also approved the conceptual design for neighbourhood park adjacent to the housing development.

The park is now in detailed design phase and is expected to be considered for construction in 2022.

Locals can keep up to date on this park project at DNV.org/DelbrookPark.
