Here is your chance to recognise a green warrior in your community.
The City of North Vancouver’s Living City Awards program recognises those who show outstanding leadership in environmental sustainability in North Vancouver.
The deadline for submissions is April 26, 5 pm.
In celebrating these community champions, the program aims to inspire others to take extraordinary action to protect the natural world.
Let the city know if you know a local businesses, community group, school group, or individual who is making a difference and deserves recognition.
The winner(s) will be presented with an award by Council at a regular City Council meeting in late June
To nominate someone, simply fill out this form, and then email, mail or fax to the City of North Vancouver.
Leadership in any of the following areas can be recognized:
- Energy conservation
- Environmental protection & enhancement
- Zero waste
- Sustainable transportation
- Urban agriculture
- Water conservation
- Education and awareness
All completed submissions received by the deadline will be reviewed by the Advisory Planning Commission.
