The Lonsdale Quay is inviting artisan and other creative makers to join them as they work to transform The Quay into the ultimate one-stop-shop for locals in December. Two new restaraunts are also being planned as part of the Quay Revitalisation project.
There are two opportunities for local vendors and artisans.
Holiday Alley Pop-Up Craft Market

Holiday Kitchen
Are you a local food maker, baker, food truck owner, local restaurateur, or other food-related small business owner looking to showcase your product to customers for the busy holiday season? Do you make the perfect holiday food gift? Do you want to reach a new customer base? Interested in applying or learning more? Amazing, we would love to have you!

Time: 11 am to 6 pm
Location: The Alley, 1st Level
The Quay is also planning a renovated Food Hall in the fall of 2023, featuring new indoor and outdoor seating and communal tables. It will be a welcoming space for all ages to gather and enjoy curated food events, live music, kids’ activations, a wide variety of food and drink offerings and much more.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a cornucopia of cuisines, and hand-crafted cocktails, driven by the knowledge and passion of local chefs in a unique and vibrant setting perfect for all ages. Planned are handmade dumplings at Heritage Asian Eatery; delicious bento boxes from Takenaka; swirls of frozen yogurt at Krave Kulture; mouth-watering fried chicken & waffles at Le Coq Frit; and locally sourced beverages at The Mainstay.
