A man wanted on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault has been taken into custody in Vancouver, according to the news release.
Vancouver police arrested the man on Thursday afternoon in connection with an aggravated assault charge stemming from June 2023, according to the news release. He is alleged to have committed the offence on June 9, 2023, in Langley.
David Scholten, 54, is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing, according to the news release.
