It’s 6:15 on a weekday evening.
The kids are asking what’s for dinner. Someone can’t find their homework. A work laptop is still open on the dining table, laundry is waiting to be folded, and the kitchen counter has slowly disappeared beneath unopened mail, shopping bags, water bottles, and yesterday’s coffee cups.
You pause for a moment.
Not because you don’t know what needs to be done.
Because you don’t know where to begin.
For many families, this scene feels all too familiar. It’s easy to assume the problem is simply “too much stuff.” But according to Naddine Baha, founder of Simply Organized For You (SOFY), clutter is rarely the real issue.
“The clutter is usually just the visible symptom,” she explains. “What’s often missing is a system that supports the way people actually live.”
It’s a simple idea, but one that has shaped Naddine Baha’s career for more than two decades. As the founder of Simply Organized For You (SOFY) and a Professional Home and Office Organizer in Vancouver, she has helped hundreds of families and professionals across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland create homes and workspaces that feel calmer, more functional, and easier to enjoy.

“Naddine Baha, founder of Simply Organized For You (SOFY), has helped hundreds of homeowners across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland create calmer, more functional homes through thoughtful organization.”
Looking Beyond the Clutter
Spend just a few minutes with Naddine, and one thing becomes clear: she doesn’t see homes the way most people do.
Where others see an overflowing closet, she sees a busy parent trying to juggle work, school schedules, and family life.
Where others see a disorganized pantry, she sees mornings that begin with unnecessary stress.
Where others see a spare room full of boxes, she sees a space that no longer supports the family’s changing needs.
“It’s never just about organizing shelves or folding clothes,” she says. “Every home tells a story. My job is to understand that story before I ever suggest a solution.”
That mindset sets her apart from the growing number of professional organizers entering the industry.
While social media is filled with perfectly labelled containers and beautifully colour-coded pantries, Naddine believes lasting organization isn’t created by buying more products – it’s created by designing systems that fit the people living in the home.
“A beautifully organized pantry means very little if your family can’t maintain it six weeks later,” she says with a smile. “The best organizing system is the one your family will actually use.”
A Career Built on More Than Organization
Long before founding Simply Organized For You in 2020, Naddine had already built a career centred on thoughtful planning, design, and creating spaces that worked for people.
She managed high-end international executive relocations, coordinating complex moves where precision, discretion, and attention to detail were essential. She also worked on designing functional learning environments for educational institutions, gaining a deeper appreciation for how our surroundings influence the way we think, learn, and interact.
Those experiences taught her something that continues to shape every project today.
A well-designed space isn’t simply attractive.
It quietly makes everyday life easier.
That philosophy became even more personal after a close friend asked Naddine to oversee the complete renovation of her home while she was living overseas for several months. Entrusted with managing the entire project, Naddine coordinated everything from selecting materials and appliances to planning layouts and final styling. The experience gave her firsthand insight into how thoughtful design and organization could completely transform the way a family experiences their home.
“It wasn’t about creating a showpiece,” she recalls. “It was about creating a home that worked for them every single day.”
That experience reinforced her belief that well-planned spaces can make everyday living simpler, calmer, and more enjoyable, an insight that ultimately inspired the launch of Simply Organized For You, a business built not around perfection, but around helping people live better in the homes they already have.
