Staff report
January 22, 2021 12:06pm

A popular North Vancouver pub in Norgate neighbourhood goes up for sale tomorrow.

The Pemberton Pub at 135 Pemberton Avenue will be available for sale tomorrow.

The listing price for the pub is $6.5 million.

“This property is centrally located at the foot of Pemberton Avenue, with Welch Street and 1st street with high exposure vehicular and pedestrian traffic,” says a social media post by listing relator group, FormanPilkington.

“Investment, occupancy, or redevelopment,” the post added.

The total building site is approximately 5,000 square feet, while the lot size is 20,020 square feet.

Cameron Isenor, the pub manager, said the pub is still open for business.

“We are open for business,  and even if it is is sold, we will hopefully stay here for some time,” he said.

The best place to watch sports on the North Shore. I sure hope whoever buys it will keep it the way it is. Our favourite place to go and go there almost weekly.

That is for sure. North Vancouver is too busy as it is. Traffic is horrible besides the fact we want to keep the Pemby.

That is a lot of money. Think if the space is large enough, redevelopment may be the best option. People need housing more than they need beer.
