There is an error in your story. This is NOT in Upper Lonsdale. This proposed development is in the Norgate area, just beside McDonald’s and Sushi Town. There is already huge parking problems for existing residents on this street and we have been asking/begging the District of North Vancouver to put restricted parking for the street so that people are not taking parking from residents. The current unlimited unrestricted parking is being abused by people who do not live here. Putting a big development with limited parking is just going to further negatively impact our lives. I live in a townhouse on this street. Each time different residents contact the District, the District says they need signatures and such. We have provided signatures and photos and feedback. But no progress. They only ask for more of the same. Unbelievable.
