West Vancouver residents will have a chance to weigh in on a proposed duplex development on Fulton Avenue at a public consultation meeting this Thursday, March 5, 2026.
According to the press release, the meeting runs as a drop-in from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Audio-Visual Room of the Seniors Activity Centre, 695 21st Street. The applicant is hosting the session behind a preliminary proposal to rezone and subdivide 1405 Fulton Avenue.
The site is currently zoned for single-family use. The proposal, if approved, would split the lot into two parcels, each developed with a duplex, adding four units to a street where one home now stands.
Residents are encouraged to drop in, review the preliminary drawings, and speak directly with the applicant. The District of West Vancouver notes the event is applicant-led and not a municipally organized meeting.
No formal rezoning application has been filed yet, the press release noted. Should the project advance, the District would open its own public consultation process under the Development Procedures Bylaw.
