City of North Vancouver has given a public notice for a rezoning for a mixed-use building at 800 Marine Drive. The council will decide on the rezoning on June 27.

Cascadia Green has applied to rezone the site to permit a 4-storey mixed-use building with approximately 22,200 square feet of commercial space on the first two levels and 14,200 square feet of residential units above.

If approved by council, the property will be rezoned to allow mixed-use building with retail and office space and 19 residential strata units. All persons who believe their interest in property may be affected by the proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard by written or email submission.

All submissions must include your name and address and should be sent to the Corporate Officer at input@cnv.org, or by mail or delivered to City Hall, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, June 27, 2022, to ensure their availability to Council at the meeting.

Watch the meeting online at cnv.org/LiveStreaming or in person at City Hall, 141 West 14th Street. Enter City Hall through the doors at the southwest corner of the building (off 13th Street) after 5:30 pm.

The proposed bylaw and background material can be viewed online at cnv.org/PublicHearings. Emma Chow, the Planner, can be contacted at echow@cnv.org / 604-982-3919
