There has been a slight uptick in COVID cases on North Shore.
According to the latest weekly data provided by the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control, there were 15 new COVID cases reported on North Shore.
Of these, three cases were from West Vancouver and 12 were reported in North Vancouver.
This marks a slight uptick in cases after weeks of slump. Last week, there were 12 cases on North Shore, and 10 before that.
The number of new reported cases in the province has shown an uptick compared to the last few weeks.
Meantime, VCH is encouraging North Shore residents to get their shots at the pop-up clinic at The Shipyards District.
The clinics are being offered from July 19 to 23.
First-dose vaccinations will be offered to people aged 12 and if there is capacity, second doses will also be available for those who received their first dose at least seven weeks ago.
The Pipe Shop Immunization Clinic is at 115 Victory Ship Way.
