There will be a temporary road closure on 15th Street at Esquimalt Avenue.
A contractor will be performing crane work on Esquimalt Avenue at the intersection of 15th Street on Tuesday, October 26, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
To accommodate the work, 15th Street at Esquimalt Avenue will be closed for the duration of the work.
Northbound traffic on 15th Street can detour east along Duchess Avenue, north on 14th Street and west on Duchess Avenue.
Southbound traffic on 15th Street can detour east along Esquimalt Avenue, south on 14th Street and west on Esquimalt Avenue.
There will be some temporary parking restrictions in the area in order to accommodate the work and facilitate detour routes.
Local access will remain. Construction signs and traffic control personnel will be present to assist with traffic flow, and impacts on pedestrian traffic will be minimal.
