Vancouver Police have arrested a 46-year-old suspect in a stabbing in Downtown Vancouver.
The stabbing incident happened yesterday when officers responded to Smithe and Beatty streets just before noon, after a 9-1-1 caller reported one person was stabbed by a man who was chasing people with a knife.
The stabbing left one person with serious injuries. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, where he was treated and has since been released. Police are trying to determine the motive behind the crime.
