The District of West Vancouver is informing the community that two people who were at Gleneagles Golf Course at 6190 Marine Drive have tested positive for COVID-19.
The two people were there for golf lessons on Saturday, April 24.
Vancouver Coastal Health will follow up with the individuals and anyone who has been a close contact.
Gleneagles Golf Course is open today for registered programs and pre-booked tee times.
The District says it has health protocols in place that include sanitizing program spaces at district facilities regularly throughout the day, and certain areas received an enhanced cleaning today.
“We know that British Columbia is still in the pandemic and we are taking all appropriate precautions. We encourage everyone in our community to take steps to stay safe and healthy and do their part to reduce transmission,” district says.
