Each licence plate is eligible for one free 90-minute session per day, and regular parking rates apply if a session is not started in PayByPhone.

According to the news release, visitors who wish to stay longer than 90 minutes must pay $2.50 per hour for the remaining time, which can be purchased using the hangTag or PayByPhone mobile apps, or at a physical pay station.

West Vancouver residents are eligible for an annual parking pass at no cost and can apply online at impark.com/westvan. Residents with a valid parks parking pass do not need to register for the 90 minutes of free parking.
